PB + Chocolate Protein Balls

Oh boy, do I have a recipe for you! Not only is the outcome delicious, but it is super easy to make. These Peanut Butter and Chocolate Protein Balls are beyond amazing and perfect pre-workout fuel.

Let's just say these are addicting and so chocolatey!
Here's what you'll need:
-2 bananas
-1 cup old fashioned oats
-1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life dairy-free chocolate chunks)
-2 tbsp. natural peanut butter (or any natural nut butter)
I used Enjoy Life chocolate chunks to make the recipe dairy-free. You would never guess they are any different than regular chocolate chips, but they just happen to be dairy, nut, gluten, and soy free!

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Mix all ingredients together.
Roll mixture into a ball shape and place onto a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
Let the balls cool for a few minutes before eating (I know, it's hard to resist!)
 Enjoy!
These are perfect for a post-dinner treat, pre-workout fuel, or an on-the-go snack.
I found it best to refrigerate them to keep them together and maintain the freshness.

Let me know if you make them and how they turn out!
I loved these and can't wait to try out adding different ingredients in. Almond butter, dried fruit, so many possibilities!
