I promised you a workout, so here we go! I completed this workout last week and loved how quick it was, but also how much of a sweat I worked up completing it. I get extremely bored on the treadmill, but turning on a great playlist and doing a few sets of sprints, I can handle. This workout builds up to sprinting at higher and higher speeds, but please tailor to your own fitness levels. If you need to lower the speed, or higher it, go right ahead and listen to your body. This is just what worked for me. I kept my incline at about 2, but now that I think about it, I should have increased that. Whatever works for you!
